Processing Time
All orders are hand-poured, packed, and shipped from Ohio. Please allow 2–4 business days for processing before shipment. During busy seasons or holidays, processing may take a little longer.

Shipping Carriers
We primarily ship with USPS, but for larger or heavier orders we may also use UPS or FedEx to ensure reliable delivery.

Shipping Costs
Shipping is calculated at checkout and varies based on your order’s weight and destination. This ensures you only pay for the actual cost of shipping.

Free Shipping
We currently offer free U.S. shipping on orders over $100.

Damaged Packages
If your order arrives damaged, please email Contact@7candlesco.com within 7 days with photos of the product and packaging. We’ll send a replacement at no cost.
