1) Where do you ship from?
We primarily use USPS for most orders, but depending on the size and weight of your order we may also ship with UPS or FedEx to ensure the best rate and delivery time.

2) How long does shipping take?
Processing: 2–4 business days.
USPS transit: usually 2–5 business days, depending on your location.

3) How much is shipping?
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout in real time.
Free US shipping over $100.

4) Do you accept returns?
Each candle is hand-made with care, so all sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges, but if your order arrives damaged, please reach out within 7 days and we’ll send a replacement right away.

5) My order arrived damaged—what now?
Email Contact@7candlesco.com within 7 days with clear photos of the damage. We’ll send you a replacement at no cost.

6) Can I change or cancel my order?
If it hasn’t shipped yet, we’ll try to catch it. Email support@7candlesco.com within 12 hours of placing your order.

7) Are your candles vegan and clean?
Yes. All of our products are 100% soy wax, vegan, cruelty-free, and made with phthalate-free fragrance oils. We use cotton wicks for a clean, even burn.

8) How long do they burn?
Approx. 8oz: 35–45 hrs · 16oz: 70–90 hrs (varies with room size & care).

9) How do I get the best burn?

  • Trim wick to ¼" before each burn.

  • Let the first burn reach the edges of the jar.

  • Burn 2–4 hrs at a time, never more than 4 hrs.

  • Keep away from drafts, children, and pets.

10) Which size should I pick—8oz or 16oz?
8oz: perfect for bedrooms, desks, or smaller living areas.
16oz: better for larger rooms or open spaces.

11) Do you offer custom or wholesale?
Yes! Email Contact@7candlesco.com with your idea or request, and we’ll let you know what’s possible.

13) Are Vigil candles scented?
Yes, Our vigil candles are scented with holy herbs and sacred blends, like frankincense, myrrh, and traditional resins. Just like our other candles, they’re hand-poured with soy wax and designed to bring a reverent, fragrant atmosphere to prayer and reflection.

14) How do I track my order?
You’ll receive a USPS tracking email once your order ships. You can also use Track Order in our menu at any time.
