Refunds & Returns Policy

All Sales Final
Because our products are hand-poured in small batches, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges.

Damaged or Broken Items
If your order arrives damaged, we’ll replace it right away. Please email Contact@7candlesco.com within 7 days of delivery with photos of the product and packaging.

Cancellations
If your order has not shipped yet, contact us within 12 hours of purchase and we’ll do our best to cancel it. Once an order has shipped, it cannot be cancelled.
